Stunning views and friendly staff make for a great experience

Our stay was fantastic, with beautiful views of Lake Superior from our room. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made us feel right at home. Breakfast options were diverse and satisfying, ensuring our mornings started off well. However, the coffee maker in our room could use an upgrade as it didn't meet our expectations.

However, the elevator was out of service during my stay, causing inconvenience while moving luggage. Also, it was frustrating to find that my party's initial room request for a balcony was not fulfilled, leading to an uncomfortable atmosphere due to noise complaints from the management. The breakfast offered was just okay, lacking variety.

i had a great experience at the lift bridge lodge during my recent stay. it exceeded my expectations with cozy amenities and a lovely lake view from my room. the fireplace added a nice touch to our evenings.

Cozy retreat with a fab view!

We had a great stay in the lake view suite. The bed was super comfy and the Nespresso machine was a sweet touch. Loved the relaxing jacuzzi tub and the fireplace. Hot breakfast was above average, those cinnamon rolls were 🔥! Only thing was our balcony had a view of trees, not exactly the lake. Still, a lovely stay overall!

I loved the pool area with hot tubs for some cozy privacy, and breakfast was such a treat with a great variety. The internet issues were a bit of a hassle, though.

We loved the fresh lemon water in the lobby. The pool and hot tub area were clean. we relaxed after attending Grandma's Marathon and the Bentleyville Tour of Lights. Just keep in mind to address any room issues early on, and you’ll enjoy your stay.

Amazing staff and views!

The staff were super friendly and went the extra mile to help us feel at home. We had a great lake view room, and wow, waking up to that was just perfect. Plus, the breakfast was decent, with options for special diets. The only thing was the parking, kinda tight and a bit tricky at times.

We loved our stay at this cozy lodge where our dogs were just as welcome as we were! The location was perfect, with stunning views of Lake Superior right from our room. The nearby Canal Park was a blast, especially during events like the Bentleyville Tour of Lights.

My kids wished for a better breakfast experience, especially with the crowds during the morning rush.
